It is simple and rugged equipment to part multi-cavity grid panel into individual grids. This comes handy in parting multi-cavity grids panels of motor cycle, smaller capacity grid panel of SMF Batteries.

The operation is simple & no skilled operator is required. The grid panels in sets of 15 to 20 are placed in the jig plate which is then clamped by pneumatic cylinder . Once the panels are clamped, the jig plate is moved to the rotating Arbor on which the carbide tipped cutter are mounted to affect parting. After the panels are parted, the jig plate returns to home position & the clamp is released to enable removal of plate. The above sequence is Automatic with a press of a button. The movements are by pneumatic cylinder.

The design is such that changing of carbide cutter is very easy. The Arbor could be removed from the machine for changing & then assembled back in short time.
